‘My Playlist’ cards invite us to deepen our relationship with music as an important resource in our lives. Music can lift us, console us, comfort us and motivate us. It is a wonderful resource most of us can easily access.

These cards were designed with the therapeutic engagement and support of young people in mind; however, their audience extends to anyone who likes music and enjoys choosing and playing music.

Use ‘My Playlist’ to therapeutically support young people to:
– Engage and connect with young people about how music resources their lives.
– Play and share through words, movement and creative processes.

Dice Game: With two or more people play a dice game to explore the meaning of music in participants’ lives guided by five themed question types.
Deep Dive: Take a deep dive into the meaning of a special song. Explore through words or creative invitations.

The box includes a set of 65 themed question/invitation cards, a dice and a user guide.
