The Bringing Up Great Kids Reflective Parenting Cards have been developed for use with parents and carers of children of all ages to facilitate reflection about the needs of both children and their parents/carers. Each card has been designed to allow the parent to first reflect on their own experience of being a child and being parented and then to reflect on their own child and their parenting approach. The cards can be used in group of individual sessions. Parents may even like to use them on their own.
