OUR TRAINING
FAS Trauma informed workforce well-being

Introduction

Welcome to the training registration page for the Trauma Informed Workforce Well-being Training Program.

This program is for staff working in the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme in Victoria and is designed to strengthen the capability, wellbeing, and confidence of FAS staff by supporting reflective, culturally safe, and trauma-aware practice.

A core component of the program is foundational training in trauma informed practice - consisting of two key workshops.  A workshop that focuses on deepening your knowledge base about trauma and an application to practice workshop which will support you to integrate knowledge from the training into your practice.

Please note both workshops will be repeated throughout the project.  To register, please select the session you wish to attend.  The Application to Practice workshops will be added early in 2026.

We will also be offering short Introduction to Reflective Practice sessions which will be listed below as they are scheduled.

If you have any questions or need assistance with registering, please email support@childhood.org.au
