This chatterbox game invites us to play and learn about the meaning of comfort and calm. It also offers invitations to practice breath-based and comfort-focused activities.

The Calm Time Chatterbox is a printable origami game designed to help children talk about and practise calming strategies. Through play, it encourages children to explore what comfort and calm mean to them, while trying out simple breathing and mindfulness activities.
