Tanya Bilka

Tanya is the Digital Experience & Learning Design Manager at the Australian Childhood Foundation, within the Knowledge Mobilisation & Practice division. She leads the design, delivery, and continual improvement of the Foundation’s online learning platforms, courses and tools. Her work supports practitioners, carers, and organisations to access high-quality, trauma-informed learning experiences that are practical and accessible.

Tanya grew up in the Australian Outback and moved to Adelaide to attend university, gaining degrees in Information Technology and Digital Media. She spent a decade coordinating Learning Management Systems and digital resources in K-12 schools before delving into online course creation for RTOs, keeping a close eye on best practices in 21st century learning design.

Tanya lives on Peramangk country and spends her free time exploring the Adelaide Hills’ food and playground scene with her family, or playing tabletop and video games with friends.
