Dots with feelings is a therapeutic resource designed to help children and young people explore and express emotions through colour, facial expressions and guided conversation. Featuring playful “feeling dots” and accompanied by age-specific reflection questions and creative activity ideas, it supports practitioners to build emotional literacy, encourage storytelling, and create safe spaces for children to notice, name and make sense of their feelings.
